In our bodies, there is an organ that is seldom talked about or known, yet it holds the key to our happiness. The thymus is located in the upper half of the chest, precisely at the base of the breastbone. Finding and activating it is quite simple: just place two fingers below the indentation of your collarbone, and they will pinpoint the exact location of the thymus – at the center of your chest, above the heart and beneath the breastbone.
A healthy thymus has the shape of a fork or a “jester’s cap,” while a damaged gland may resemble a butterfly or become shapeless. Its name, “thymus,” comes from the Greek word for vital force. Only half a century ago did we realize that this gland plays a crucial role in the immune system.
The pink thymus determines the quality of life for an individual, especially for young children under the age of five. It serves as an accelerated training school for immune system cells (lymphocytes) derived from bone marrow stem cells. Upon entering the thymus, these newborn immune fighters transform into T-lymphocytes capable of battling viruses, infections, and autoimmune diseases. Once they are fully prepared, they enter the bloodstream.

More about the Thymus’s Location
The most intense training takes place during the first five years of life. By the age of 30, the thymus’s functions start diminishing, and by the 40s, there is barely a trace of it left. The fading of the thymus is called involution or reverse development by doctors. However, the thymus gland ages differently in different individuals, and why it happens earlier for some than others remains unknown. It could be genetics, lifestyle, or a combination of factors. Nonetheless, the thymus gland acts as the body’s biological clock, influencing the pace of aging.
How to Stimulate the Thymus and activate happiness?
The thymus can be activated through a straightforward method that takes seconds to perform. The method involves gently massaging the area where the gland is located. You’ll need to perform 10-20 strokes using the tips of your fingers or a lightly clenched fist, applying a pleasant rhythm and not too much pressure. This method can stabilize the body within seconds and fill it with vital energy. Massaging this area has a calming and relaxing effect. Alternatively, you can place your hand on your thymus and simply let the energy flow.

Evening Practice:
When you go to bed at night, vigorously rub your palms together to stimulate energy flow. Then, place one hand – whichever feels comfortable, on your thymus and calm your breathing. Visualize a bright light emanating from your palm and enveloping the thymus gland. It becomes increasingly pink and radiant, emitting happiness, joy, and health. Fall asleep in this state.
Morning Practice:
Every morning, as soon as you wake up, activate your thymus using the previously described method. Repeat it several times throughout the day whenever you remember. After some time, you’ll notice that you feel much stronger and more vital.
It’s beneficial to combine this hand movement with affirmations such as “I am young, healthy, and beautiful” or any other statement that resonates with your inner needs.
When the thymus is activated, you’ll physically feel it, as you’ll be filled with joy and happiness. Regularly stimulating your thymus will make the sensation of happiness an integral part of your daily life and will attract even more happy moments and events.
In moments of excitement, panic, or stress, place your hand on your thymus and begin gently stroking it while reminding yourself that it’s restoring your life balance.
