Su Jok, a Korean reflexology system, has only recently gained recognition in Bulgaria. It encompasses an entire science about our organs, projected onto our palms and feet.
Koreans focus specifically on these body parts, overlooking other points that Chinese and Japanese healers use. Currently courses and seminars are teaching individuals to self-treat within a few days.

What is Su Jok?
Human organs and systems are projected onto the hands and feet, where specific points act as buttons that can be manipulated. Pressing the appropriate button acts as a trigger, activating the body’s natural healing mechanisms.
Korean practitioners who have systematized this knowledge believe it can prevent all human diseases on Earth, keeping individuals active and healthy, in control of their bodies and minds throughout their lives. This enables a life filled with joy and vitality, free from being bedridden and dependent on family and doctors.
Su Jok is an effective self-treatment system, but to embrace it, one must overcome the belief of the last few decades that medical help is the only solution when one falls ill. In reality, individuals can help themselves or, at least, support conventional treatments.
Su Jok is proclaimed as one of the most effective self-help methods available today, suitable for:
Su Jok’s Versatility
Emergency assistance during crises, accidents, or sudden illnesses.
A healing method tailored to the needs of specific organs and systems.
Points of Influence
- Su Jok therapy involves more than just physical pressure. While mechanical massage is the primary method, it is applied with gentle, vibrating motions, typically within two minutes.
- Massage can also encompass a larger area, as the points on the hands and feet are closely spaced.
- Another method involves mechanical pressure with small, solid objects to precisely target the required point, like small stones or beads.
- Using a magnetic field generated by special magnets attached with adhesive tape is another approach.
- Seed therapy involves attaching seeds to points. These seeds possess their own internal energy, which they contribute to benefit the individual.
- Moxibustion, a technique that uses heat to stimulate the biologically active points, is applied in cases of fatigue, exhaustion, persistent weakness, low self-esteem, dissatisfaction with oneself and one’s achievements.

Color Therapy
Su Jok differentiates itself from similar therapies with an interesting technique: coloring. It’s applied easily by coloring the skin over the desired points with paint or markers. Specific rules apply:
- Green is used on areas corresponding to organs suffering from swelling, itching, or pulsating pain.
- Red is applied to points when the pain is severe and constant.
- Yellow is for bioactive points when there are wounds.
The Su Jok Belief:
One need not endure pain, nor resort to indiscriminate medication when the body has the means to self-heal. Individuals can conquer their illnesses themselves, believing that their health is in their hands, not solely dependent on conventional medicine.
